We are trying to sell our house. I have parkinson's disease and need a one story ours is split foyer. We finally have someone who might be interested but they are concerned because it has ceiling cablie heat. We have never had any problems, in fact we like it because each room has its own thermostat and we can regulate the heat in the areas we are using thus being for efficient. Our average power bill (average being actual average) for the last 10 months for heating, cooling and cooking in other words all electric is $123.00. Could I have some feedback from other people on their ceiling cable heat.
