Have 2 cats and use the disposable cat litter. Given the format of the litter, it creates a lot of dust in the one small bedroom where I keep the litter boxes.

I am interested in an air purifier to help minimized the dust and am looking at the Honeywell HHT-011 Compact Air Purifier with Permanent HEPA Filter.

Would appreciate feedback from those that own this model or if there are any better models around the same price and size given the room which it will be used.

your post reminded me I saw something the other day about corn kernal cat litter. It seems to me a type like this might not produce the amount of dust from other kinds. I don't know, don't have a cat Maybe you could try that?

something like this product ( NO I am not affiliated with this site, info purpose only)
World's Best Cat Litter Kitty Litter from Corn

Oh another thought, have you considered a cool air humidifier? It might help hold the dust at bay.

Good luck!
