I *think* what I'm picturing is called a tension rod... My kitchen window is about 3 x 4, framed in wood. It has a bamboo-ish material blind that is functional enough, but I like to keep it dropped down about halfway and just twist it open and shut day and night. The previous owner had a little tension rod (in an oil rubbed bronze type color) with a pretty cotton and lace curtain. It would let light through but also give some privacy. Where can I find this?
