Reports on hockeybuzz.com say the Flyers just let "nerves" get the better of them in the opening period. Lets hope its as simple as that. As far as game 6 you have to go with Leighton, hes still the better of the two and the numbers prove that.

I would stay with Leighton. I'm hearing Carcillo might dress and the Flyers may go with five defensemen.

He does to an extent but the Blackhawks aren't backing down from him. He needs to hit people and not just run his mouth.

I hope all the Flyers have energy to start the game on Wednesday or we're in trouble. The Blackhawks looked like they were shot of a cannon Sunday night and the Flyers never caught up to them.

Kind of.......the Flyers didn't settle down until after the first period and then scoring and scoring chances were pretty much equal. Their loss of composure in the first period cost them that game.

I think if Chicago wins tonight Niemi is going to have to have his best game of the finals (or equal to game 2). I don't see Chicago putting up a 7 spot in philly. If Chicago wins it will be like a 3-2 scenario. Im sure most of the smart money is betting on this thing going back to Chicago for game 7.

The only way chicago wins tonight is if they win 5-1 or 4-0. They are not going to win a close game or a overtime game in Philadelphia

The extra day off should be a blessing in disguise. I don't have class Thursday morning or class Wednesday night. Plus my distributor has 24 packs of Yuengling for $14.99!
