I'm going to say the Finals are the Blackhawks and Devils. I hope it's the Penguins and Coyotes, though.

The Colorado Avs beat the Sharks in game 1 and the Detroit Wingwangers lost their game 1! Yeah! What a nice evening!

don't get me started on the sharks............

was nice to see the 'yotes take that game ... the PP was working and they didn't get thrown after coming out a little too jacked up

glendale arena was rocking as well

very cool scene

The Devils handled the big guns in the east pretty well during the regular season (3-1 against the Caps, 6-0 against the Pens) .. Unfortunately, we got paired with the Flyers in the first round who owned us this year (Philly won 5 of 6) and if last night was anything to go by that pattern looks like it might continue

.. not ready to throw in the towel yet though

Major upset in San Jose, will be hard to take in another upset this playoff season. Can't wait for this Buffalo/Boston series.

Coyotes beat the Red Wings? YES!!! i missed the 3rd period. Sadly Pittsburgh lost to Ottawa. Hate them both but as a Sabres fan. Hope Pittsburgh can rebound and destroy Ottawa... Let's GOOO Buffalo!!!!!!!

Well the Caps let this one down losing 3-2 in OT. Ovechkin without a SOG the entire game

Jacques Martin did a great job and I think Boudreau was outcoached in this one. Caps should have made a statement and failed.
