Hells yes.. lookin' forward to it..
Not an Oilers fan, but I think their 2023 season intrigues me the most.
Same, me either. MacDavid continues to be a regular season player. The clock is ticking on him. It also looks like the Oilers still have not found the right players to put around him yet.

I wouldn’t so much call him a regular season player, rather just a stat hog. He focuses all of his energy on padding his stats (notice how half of his production is on power play) while being lazy on backchecks and turnover recovery.

True about stats.
Why isn't he just a regular season player? In his career, Edmonton has made just one Conference Finals appearance. They did not even win a game in that series. He has talent around him, he has just choked.
Looking forward to Nov 12. Got tix to see Bedard against Florida. 1pm game too so crossing Alligator Alley won’t be too bad. Sabres look to be improved. Leafs and Rangers….S.O.B.S.

The Sabres could be an exciting team to watch this season. They came close to making noise last season. The decline toward the end of last season extended the playoff drought to 12 seasons. Smart moves were made during the offseason acquiring free agents to fill key positions based on skills and needs and creating necessary depth.
The Sabres are one roster player over the maximum of 23. A player could be traded or assigned to Rochester.

Signing Clifton and Johnson could turn them into a force. They needed to tighten up the D with experience. Johnson has to be near 35 but good player.
