I have heard that castor oil is good for tennis elbow. DH would like to try it. I know nothing about castor oils. Are there different ones for different ailments.

Yes, but I would like to know about castor oil on tennis elbow, and if there different types of castor oils. I guess I am looking for someone who is familiar with using it.

Try a elbow band as well. You can try muscle sprain gel or cream to alleviate and cure the pain.

Lots of fairly simple suggestions how to treat in those links.

A Google search would turn up a lot of info about uses for castor oil OP. Including for tennis elbow.
