I heard different ideas on the benefits of a shot of vinegar a day. One con said it ages the liver. One pro said that it thins the blood, which is good. What is your opinion?
I wouldn't. I tried it (1/3 vinegar, 2/3 water) and felt nauseous. It was like I was having a heart burn, and about to throw up, at the same time. I kept burping and didn't feel any of the so called benefits at all. I guess everything about it is a con for me.
A shot of vinegar, even used daily, will not damage the liver. A glass of wine per day is far worse.
