Just moved to the area and was wondering if there are any good Greek restaurants on the Peninsula side? I could travel to the Southside if needed, but would prefer to stay up this way if possible!
Try the Castle on Jefferson Ave near the airport; Village Kabob on 17 in the Kiln Creek Shopping center (not actually in Kiln Creek) it is more Lebanese food. Not too many options on the Peninsula
the Greek festival is on June 3, 4, 5, 6 if you want good greek food as well
Interestingly a very large majority of the locally owned restaurants in Williamsburg VA were started and or owned by Greek owners.
The list includes : Seafare, Library Tavern, Milanos, Sals, the other Sals, Mama Steves, Fireside, Jefferson, Marinos, Colonial, Pauls,College Delly, New York Deli, The Gazebo, Most of the breakfast restaurants in town and many more.
While none has an extensive Greek Menu you will find Gyros, Souvlaki and deserts at Pauls Deli, College Delly, New York Deli and a few others.
