Just to give you all a brief background on myself. I graduated from Slippery Rock University of PA in May. After graduation I moved to San Diego, California with my girlfriend, which was a bad idea! I was there for almost five months & I couldn't get a job. At first I was applying for jobs which were in my field (Finance) but after I had no success I began to apply for basic administrative & clerical work. My girlfriend & I decided to go our separate ways. My brother in law, who was also in San Diego, received orders from the Navy to report to Virginia. I decided to move here with him and now here I am. I'm thinking about attending grad school at Hampton University to pursue my MBA. But I need a job to help finance my education & assist me in getting on my feet. I really don't want to have to work fast food or labor. I have extensive experience performing general clerical duties, I'm also advanced in all Microsoft applications. I have a bachelors in business administration with a focus in Finance. Does anybody know of any administrative work I could find near me? I'm not familiar with the area at all but I live right by the Langley Air Force base. I have already applied to various retail stores & hotels but haven't heard back yet. I also tried Integrity Staffing but that place was so unprofessional & they offered mostly labor work. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

I know you said you don't want a fast food job but as the great Rapper/Poet Common said, "Slow motion is better than no motion".
