I'm currently in an area where there are up to several hundred applicants per position advertised. I am trying to get a feel for Virginia. Of course I am checking the websites, but that doesn't tell the whole story. Here in DFW Texas it is very rough for teachers, even special Ed. My husband may be able to transfer there, and I want to find out if job prospects are better there than here.
