Hi,

Do any of you use Paraben/Sulfate free Shampoo's and Conditioner's?
If so- what do you think of them? Does your hair look and feel healthier?
What do you think of Kiehl's line of Shampoo's and Conditioner's?
I'm thinking about switching to a less Chemical Shampoo and Conditioner.

Thanks so much

The first one to not leave my hair feeling stripped is the Shea Moisture Raw Shea Butter shampoo. It is moisturizing. Other sulfate-free shampoos I have tried still tend to dry out my hair as much or more than sulfate shampoos. I used to use Elucence Moisture Benefits shampoo (low sulfate) and it was good for a while, but then it doesn't work in may hair anymore for some reason. The Giovanni 50/50 shampoo is rather drying, but I would use it for clarifying (you can also dilute it). I also made a natural shampoo with African black soap, some oils olive and jojoba), aloe vera juice and glycerine (recipe from online). It also leaves my hair soft, but I believe it is high in pH.

My choice is Pro Naturals® 4 Step Moroccan Argan Oil Hair Repair System. My hairdresser recommended this product initially but I followed it up with desk research and noticed that very few sulphate & paraben free shampoo & conditioner websites list the ingredients contained. Funny, I always thought this was mandatory.

Anything by Shea Moisture is what I use. I like don't like the thickening shampoo although it does work. Use to use all those cheap drug store shampoos and conditioners...never again since I've discovered Shea Moisture.
