Survey Crews on 385 (Mauldin: area, limit, couple)

I've noticed several survey crews on 385 the last couple weeks. Does anyone know if they're in the early stages of planning the widening of 385?

On a side note, I noticed that they put a new speed limit sign on 385 northbound in the Mauldin area that states the speed limit is 60 instead of 65. Is that correct or should it not be 65?

They will be widening I-385 in Mauldin beginning in fall 2010.
