American Roadside will be a treat for that area that is surprisingly getting a lot of foot traffic from McBee Station to Main (though most of that may be from people parking at McBee and going to restaurants to work). It will only have four parking spots aimed at to go orders off Irvine Street. And they will have some outdoor dining. It's open until 10PM Mondays through Saturdays so that's a big plus for me. We need places staying open late especially on weekedays.
The old gas station is now gone from this area. So looks like construction is starting to move forward! Yay! Can't wait for a good 'burger joint near my office

Noticed a new garden center store called 4 Seasons has opened in the old Garners store (old Winn-Dixie before that) on Antrim Drive across from FreshMarket.

I was on the DQ locator and it said a new DQ/Orange Julius coming to Mauldin on 112 N Main St. Any word on that yet? I
assume it'll be where the old BK was.

Grill Marks is an odd name for a restaurant, but the website looks interesting.

You're right - I think it's misleading artwork on the text placement. The title for the web page says "Mark's Grill", which would make more sense.

I agree, especially after looking at their website. It's a cool name.

This is great news. There is not a DQ on this side of town and I think Mauldin will make a great location. Thanks for sharing this info!!!

Sounds like an ice cream store only and not the Grill and Chill version which serves burgers.
