Isn't that the gelato place next to WW? Hmmm...I wouldn't mess with a good thing, the rent increase may not justify the marginal uptick in revenue by being directly on Main.

I'd imagine it wouldn't quite be the same thing. They're a full blown cafe in addition to being a gelateria (they have some of the best pizza in town!), but they only have a handful of tables for diners. Maybe they're going to build that out since now they're thought of primarily as a gelato place.

But, yeah, I'm not sure I'd want to risk what they have going now either.

We were talking about that at work today. They're trying to expand their food service because it's very limited at their current location. I think they'll do great there. I'd imagine it would be easier to make rent for their type of business than a sandwich/pizza shop. Plus it offers a ton of more visibility. How many people haven't walked by their current location will now see them right on main st.

I kinda disagree, every time I've walked down Main Street, I've seen it next to Wild Wings. The rent from their current location to right on Main has got to be a HUGE increase and I don't know if they can increase revenue enough to justify the rent increase.

We love Luna Rosa, but I think their prices are already high so if they raise them much more we won't eat there anymore.

Yeah, they're going to have to raise their prices to offset the rent increase

I have not tried the Rise on Woodruff but I have been to their Durham and Chapel Hill, NC locations. Amazing donuts, way better than anything I've had around here.
