That sounds interesting. It's too bad that Quizno's closed. I knew the owner and she worked very hard. I think with Firehouse coming in, it was the death nail for her business.
Quizno's was closed In December, way before Firehouse came in. They opened several months later. Regardless, I really liked Quizno's. There are only a handful in the entire state of SC now. There is a big lunch crowd in this area, it's a shame. Regarding the singing rats, yes I adored those commercials. I even have copies of the videos.
The name of the new restaurant Fatz is developing in the old Atlanta Bread Company at Magnolia Park is "Tablefields". They were out hiring today when I was over that way. I think it is supposed to be similar to Panera.

I don't think Tablefields is part of Fatz. I may be wrong, but I thought their new concept is going in at the old Fatz location.
The old Johnny Rockets on Haywood Rd is gone. It was either moved or razed but its gone. Not sure what is going there but good riddance-that place was an overgrown eyesore.

Across from Pumpers and the Christmas Tree Lot and next to Harbor Inn Seafood. It was a small retro looking cafe building thats been vacant for years. Johnny Rockets was originally there around the mid 90's.
