They build a great home. I am a realtor in Greenville and I really enjoy showing and selling their products. Every client that I have introduced to Eastwood has enjoyed the process from start to finish with little problems. And they have inventory too.
We bought from them back in July and are very happy with our home. We had some problems with a few things but they came right out and fixed them no questions asked.

3rd response: very happy and EW apparently stepped up and corrected whatever was needed
your response: not so good...borderline slanderous. Have you contacted the main office? I've been with the company 10 years and have NEVER seen us not do what we say we're going to do. I've always seen us step up and do the right thing even when it negatively affects the bottom line...
Contacted the President of company and still received any satifacton. The company is a joke when it comes to customer service. Ask the majority of home buyers in Almond Glen.
I have to honestly say that surprises me. We have been in our home for almost a year and we love Eastwood we actually have a friend buying in our subdivision. Eastwoods builder calls me monthly to check on things and to make sure we are happy. We love Eastwood!
Eastwood Homes are Shysters and Scammers who DO NOT abide by the terms of the contract. They are thieves. Run away from them.
