Cajun Car Wash Storage Facility with Dental Drive-thru and Check Cashing
If you build it, they will come...apparently. In Simpsonville, 3 new car washes have sprung up in the past year. Waves is always busy, with cars waiting to get in.
As I mentioned in the W. Georgia thread, my dentist at ProGrin told me the corner lot on Stenhouse will soon be another family dentistry. The dentist said that his office (ProGrin) is packed all day.
Noticed a bunch of dumpsters and some temporary fencing up in the parking lot of the old Bilo at the corner Woodruff and Butler. Didn’t get a good look though. Is Bilo/SEG still paying for a lease there? Wonder if Food Lion is going in there too?
Just saw the old Citgo on Vardry near The Greene (West End) has been cleared out. Anyone know what is going at this site? Pretty deep lot with good frontage of West End.

But.. in Laurens, the old Petes No 9/Ben's BBQ place that has been vacant for nigh on 15 to 20 years..
There was demo activity happening there last weekend. Whether it's something going in there or they're just tearing down the building I don't know.
Used car lot. I didnt want to say anymore until I knew the details for sure, but the original plan was to rehab the building for the offices for the car lot. Guess that isnt happening, but its not saying anything about it on the Laurens Facebook page. I think the buyer was out of Greenville and expanding his lots. I cant find the post now.

Anybody know what is going on in Simpsonville on the corner of 14 and Main? Lots of dirt being moved and the Kangaroo that was there has been removed. Looks like the old Rite Aid beside it is just a shell also.

Probably mentioned in this thread already, but it is Chick Fil A and Starbucks according to my source.
Those are the last two things I need that close to my house!
