I will be relocating to Greenville in two weeks and I am looking for a secure/reasonable apartment close to zip code 29615. I read some comments about East versus West of Greenville but I never been to Greenville. Any helps would be greatly appreciated.
I think I'm one that made a comment about east/west.
We are currently in a temp apartment while building. We're at the "Bridges of Pelham" on Mitchell Road. It is zip 29615. It's old, but good neighbors and reasonable price. We're paying $630/month for a two bedroom and they allow dogs.
We just signed contract yesterday to build, and will be here 7-8months.
Try this google search http://maps.google.com/maps?oi=map&q=29615. My friend lived for a while at Caledon Woods (Colonial Village). It's right near a very nice Publix Supermarket. It's has not quite a 5 star rating by users.
Check out Candleton Village. It's a fairly new complex and I think they are still doing move-in specials. $630 for 2 bed/2bath. Dog friendly, pool, fitness center, tennis courts. Right off of woodruff road, super easy access to 385/85 and downtown. Maintenance and office staff has been excellent.
Help..moving Next Week..need Advice On Candleton Village Apartments
Hi Everyone. I Am Moving From California To Greenville Next Week And We Are Looking At Signing A Lease At Candleton Village Apartments, But Do Not Know The Area Or Anything. I Know It Is A New Complex. Can Anyone Tell Me Is It A Safe Neighborhood, How Are The People Who Live There? What About The Traffic On Woodruff Road That I Have Heard About? Anything Will Be Appreicated. Thanks.
I live at Candleton Village and it is a nice place. I would consider it a safe neighborhood, much better than some of the apartment complexes in Greenville. I haven't had any problems and haven't heard of any from other residents. It centrally located since it's fairly close to downtown and just a short distance from the mall and other shopping center. Overall, one of the better apartment complexes in Greenville.
