I see Burger King has relocated to Ann Street (US-178).

Most former Burger King locations have been retrofitted and occupied by Zaxby's.

not in Mauldin. We now have a Dairy Queen where Burger King was. I ate there today...exactly as I remember it from the 60's and 70's.

Burger King corporate is trying to change their image and was requiring all store to update which would cost quite a bit of money. LOts of them had to sell.

I started dining at Burger King more often recently. Several locations I frequented in the past closed, and I took my business elsewhere. The food and service is good at select locations.

I have always preferred BK over MCD but I rarely eat at BK since Mauldin closed but I think our new DQ will fill the need! I hope someday BK will come back to Mauldin, we have some good lots available.

it's kind of surprising Mauldin doesn't have one Burger King, although there is one right up the road in the Verdae shopping center.

Burger King has had popular locations that have closed. While there are other locations some distance away, patrons are going to find the next best thing nearby.

Yea i know about where they moved,i just was wondering what they are doing with the old location. I drove past it today and roof was black, and they were putting up a brick sign for whatever is going to be there. it did indeed almost look like a zaxbys. Man ol man. mmm
