Anyone know anything about the Lakeview Terrace subdivision in Simpsonville. We are thinking of renting a house there. My understanding is that a new on/off ramp to I385 has been installed and all the homes are being sold off to make room for hotels or whatever...
The house looks nice and they are willing to do a short lease. (month to month) I just need a place til I can find a house to buy.
Any info would help. I'm wondering if all the homes are vacant? Is this a safe place to live? and How long do you guess I'll be able to live there before they are bought up? I don't want to move in one month and be forced out the next. I need 3 to 4 months.
