Hi,
We currently live in Orchard Farms and are looking for a bigger home. We looked at High Grove and boy they are High!!, I mean the prices.
The Avalon model which runs around 300K in other subdiv is around 430K there. Do you think the prices will drop further or is it a safe bet.
We are keen on the Oakview school
Thanks
mahenn

Default Avalon

The reason is that the homes in High Grove are all brick and the development's proximity to Woodruff Road. We just purchased a home in South Brook in Fountain Inn. Best of luck

What about Bennett's Grove? Are they zoned for Oakview? Highgrove is being marketed as a premium location. I doubt the prices are going to go down any time soon.

Thanks friends for your responses. We will check Bennets grove and see if that works out. Bennets grove is also zoned for Oakview.

We just bought in Bennetts Grove and have friends who just bought in High Grove, or as I call it "High Class". They just droped the price for the Avalon in Bennetts, but also took out some of the standard features, so more could afford it. I use Stephanie as my sales person from High Grove (even though we are in Bennetts). She is the BEST that we have seen there! PM me if you have any more questons.

Default Bennett's grove

Do you still like living in Bennet's grove? We are looking to buy there, but unsure because we do not the area very well. Do you feel it was a good choice for around Simpsonsville and greer area??

I would suggest that you use a buyer's agent if you plan on purchasing a home. It doesn't cost you more money and you will have someone working for you. The on site agent works for the builder. I was told by an on site agent with Ryan homes (someone correct me if I am wrong) that there is money set aside separately to pay for buyer agents.

I agree 100% with Sheri! Get yourself a buyer's agent! You need someone in your corner when you are buying a home. Just a thought from a consumer who recently purchased a home. Best of luck
