Hi,
I am looking to move to the Easley, SC area from Michigan and start a new business. How is the economy?

I am looking to start a custom window treatment business and/or also a business selling produce from a market garden.

What are your opinions about either one?

Thanks for any info provided.

Have you visited Easley? from your question, it seems maybe you haven't visited yet.

I think it really depends on your price point on your window treatments. I would say that the average person in Easley doesn't buy a whole lot of custom window treatments but I could be totally wrong.

Fresh produce is always welcome IMHO but I have no idea how profitable that is.

In any case, I wish you the best of luck.

Default Easley

You may want to check with the Easley Chamber of Commerce and see if there are any members there with a window treatment company. I know one elderly lady who does that out of her home & The Decorator's Inn as well as Lu Bagwell Interiors. You might also check with any interior decorators you can find to see if they may have a need for your services. There are a couple of produce stands in Easley & The Farmer's Market on Main St. is seasonally open on Saturday.
