Hear, hear! The only problem is that the practice of giving out government money has become so ingrained in our society that I doubt any new technology would be invested in with out it except on a small scale. While small scale is good, it is not the entire solution.

If it was allowed I would have two or three small turbines on my roof right now. Unfortunately, local government has not caught up with reality, and it is not allowed. An "eyesore" they say. Well, I would like to give them a tour of my neighborhood and show them all the "eyesores" that are here.

I live amongst a bunch of pigs in an area that used to be nice.
