Yeah, but the rest of us in America think we have a Constitution, and some of us even think it is a decent one and we have a moral obligation to uphold its virtues, so your idea, as usual, probably won't fly.

Maybe you need to remind our leaders about this 'Constitution ' they seemed to have forgotten it !
Since when did the Constitution give special previledges to our enemies within ? Why are Americans on the terror watch list whle radicals form militias against our nation and crimnal invaders walk across our borders ? Why do we have to pay for footbaths in public places and special prayer times for some while our prayers are taken out of public places like ballgames, schools .
Where are the God haters when it comes to muslims ? Why do they not speak out against any other religian besides judeo-christian ?

Sorry, none of your questions have any relevance to my quoted statement. I'm not going to concern myself with trying to answer them right now, because I neither know nor care about footbaths or borders or your imagined terrorists within them.
The OP thinks it would be a good idea if the US government adopted the Russian policy of torture and unexplained disappearances, when there are suspicions of wrongdoing. He seems oblivious to the presence of our Constitution, which was intended to serve as an impediment to the OP's hopes and dreams, not in Russia, but here in the USA where he wants to emulate the Russian model. In particular, Amendments V-IX,but that's pretty hard reading with lots of big words, so I don't expect you to know anything about that. Sometimes it's just known by its nickname, "Due Process", which is why you can't be executed without a trial if some bully points a finger at you and blames you for doing something bad.
So..... you say that American authorities NEVER torture and kidnap people?
I think that here is Russia people are just more open with it:
"yes, we shoot terrorists with bazookas"
"yes, it can hit those around them, so don't freakin stand next to terrorists!"
I think methods in almost every country are similar. It's just matter of different pres coverege.
