My life has not turned out the way I wanted it to but then again who's does?
But I was supposed to be living in Poland married to a nice polish woman but I am living in Milwaukee(which I love) and I married a nice country girl who is Norwegian. I work in finance and so does she but I actually always wanted to be a truck driver(local). I didn't want fancy things or a big house or a prestigious suburb or hob nob with the movers or shakers but here I find myself in a job and area of which is the opposite of what I wanted just 4yrs ago. I actually am very happy but a few regrets but generally I have came to a point money or no money I will be happy but I am amazed how many depressed people are out there.

So all in all are you happy with your life?

My life turned out better than I deserve.
I've got a wonderful husband and a secure job that I love. We don't have much money, but we don't care much about having a lot of material things. We don't own a home, but we love our apartment, our neighborhood, and our community.
I'm happy with myself. I'm content with the way I look, I'm thankful that I've always been healthy, I think I'm a good person. I even like getting older. I like the fact that as I'm getting older, I'm having the opportunity to mentor younger people, which is something deeply fulfilling to me. An unexpected blessing.

My son is having a lot of trouble right now, and that makes me so anxious and sad that it sometimes overshadows all the good things in my life.
But I'm grateful that he's alive, and physically healthy, and I have a lot of hope that things may yet turn around.

My life is actually full of blessings, and I need to remember to focus on them once in awhile, rather than allowing the negative aspects of it to overshadow everything else.

Since its nearly over, I'm very pleased with what it was. I have been very rich, and sometimes I had some money, too, but mostly I learned to live without much of that. I will die with few regrets, hopefully in my sleep. There are a few people I wish I had been kinder to, it might have made a difference to them in some small way.

Honestly, I think we all make our own happiness. If you arent happy with you life...do what makes you happy, unless it takes away from the happiness of others.

Here is my life situation...grew up with three brothers all raised by our mom alone, Dad was a jerk who went to prison, both sides of family shunned us for his acts. We moved to another state to start over. My Mom had some medical issues which stopped her from holding down a real job. So when each of my brothers turned of age we all had to get jobs...no option. Between work, school, and home, i decided that family was more important than the stupid curriculum of high school. I barely graduated, went to college on loans, quit after the second quarter due to my mom got cancer, I went back to work full time to support my family. I got married when I was 20 to a cute mormon girl and her family and my family didnt get along. My mom passed away a year into my marriage, my wife and I split about a year after that. She managed to take my credit to hell with all the crap she bought on credit. I have had 12 jobs in the last 5 years, lived on the streets for 6 months, got into drugs and alcohal.

When I finally hit bottom I decided that I had had enough, I worked my back of to get any break I could. it has been three years since I lived on the streets. I am now going back to college to get a business management/marketing degree. I own my own clothing business and I could not be happier. in the last three years I have seen more of the world than most people. I am not rich but I know how to budget. I go to church regularly, not realy for the religion but more for the people. I also have a very active nightlife.

So yeah, I am happy with my life. I wouldn't change anything about it. I have learned so much, most things that a school cant teach you.

here is the secret to happiness and the meaning of life.

Simply the meaning of life- the meaning of life is not something that is set forth by a god or a religion, no one was born to be anything. The meaning of life is simply to LIVE.

How to be happy-
Do what makes you happy, as long as it doesnt interfear with anyone elses happiness.

Cant stress this one enought- Stop caring and worrying what other people are doing. Unless it is physically harming you let people be. Stop hating, preaching and telling people how to live their lives.

real men Laugh, smile, & cry - Laugh like you've never laughed before, Smile as if it was your last, and cry because a tear a day makes you human.
