I will second Las Cruces, NM and Tucscon, AZ.
I'd say the OP won't want Flagstaff - she hates cold and they get freezing, right now they're digging out of 45 inches of snow. She won't want TN or AR either because she doesn't want damp or humid, and both places are damp and humid.
Even Las Cruces she may not like - she doesn't like Texas and Las Cruces is near El Paso, TX.
Really, that leaves Phoenix, Tucson, and possibly Las Cruces and Albuquerque.
And of course Las Vegas.
