Can't say I agree.
Montana? Wyoming? Pacific Northwest? What's Pacific about places that don't have anything to do with the Ocean?
Also, it includes over half of California, including San Francisco, San Jose, Sacramento, and cities like Stockton... that's reeeeeeeeally bending over backwards from a geological standpoint, since these areas are more than halfway down the coast to the south. Totally different environments, totally different socially, no justification for the physical geography either... there's really no reason these areas should be included in the PNW at all!
