We have a Glasgow Village in Missouri. It's a northwest suburb of St. Louis.

Not to be rude, but you must be very easily amused, and have a lot of spare time on your hands.

Default Glasgow Delaware

Glasgow Delaware is a nice place for families, heterosexual couples, and seniors who want lots of amenities close by. It includes everything within a three mile radius from the main entrance of Glasgow County Park. In addition there are four grocery stores: Acme, Shop Rite, Safeway, and Food Lion; and way too many restaurants and convience stores, and stores period. The climate is similar to much of lower Delaware (fairly mild winters and high humidity) , and is the northernmost location for loblolly (southern) pine, willow oak trees away from the shore, ABC liquor stores, and cottonmouth snakes. Housing is fairly expensive, but in general, wages are fairly high. It is considered desirable for raising a family; but there isn't a lot of nightlife for singles or gay people (since we moved here I have never seen an openly gay person, that I could tell.) It is an unincorporated town made up of lots of subdivisions and shopping districts. It is very ethnically diverse and religiously diverse. There is a large Catholic Church, Coptic Orthodox Church, Anglican Church, and several Protestant churches (several are also large.)
