I wouldn't, if I wanted to live somewhere else I would already be there.

I'd love to drop Indianapolis right on top of Indiana's Lake Michigan shoreline. Yeah, we'd be Chicago's little brother, but I'd be fine with that. My one condition would be that all the industrial garbage currently on the lakeshore would be gone, restoring the shore to its original condition.

Orlando 40 miles east to the Cape Canaveral area so it could have its proper beaches.

Hell no, Yuma is a craphole. It is super humid and hot without a lot of natural beauty. Many people of this state don't travel to California, unless they are going back home to visit family. If anything I wish the Gadsen Purchase would have included that 60 mile strip of Mexico going to the Sea of Cortez where Rocky Point is.

I'd move Phoenix to Flagstaff
No, way too cold. It would have never grew to Phoenix's size. Prescott would have been the ideal location. Prefect weather, only light snow and not as rocky and rugged. Prescott was the territory capitol before it moved to Phoenix. Should have stayed. Much more history, beautiful Victorian architecture.
