Best city(s) for young people (schools, living, low cost)

It's the only city with tons of singles, great bars, great schools, great beaches, cultural amenities, a diverse economy AND a relatively low cost of living.
I'd give second place to Philly and third would be a toss-up between Atlanta and Seattle.
New York City. There is to much to do here and everything opens till late or 24 hours. NYC isn't known for good weather but we have all 4 seasons, and it's not that windy here.

I like NYC, but I hate the cold. If it had LA or SD type weather I'd be all over it.

Chicago is chill, but the freakin cold weather kinda ruins it for me.
