Today I used the Volta charging station while shopping at Berkeley Bowl West---it was free! I got about 70 miles worth of charging in about 1 hr.

Probably the biggest price differences in such a short difference: The Amoco in Glover Park was $3.49/gallon for regular, while just down the hill in Georgetown about nine blocks away, the Mobil was $4.80.
