It is a fiddle leaf fig tree...I bring it inside for the Winter but it goes on the covered porch during the summer....they can get quite large.

I have an old patio table underneath our staircase at the back of the house, but it just holds my garden tools and the bin I weed into, my hat. Underneath is my bucket for cleaning up after the dogs. I don't actually pot anything, because then I would have to water, and I wouldn't water, so I would have pots of dead things about.

Like some of you have mentioned, I have suggested at various times that DH build me a garden shed (and an attached greenhouse), but so far he's managed to stay "too busy."

Thanks Cattknap. But the garden sheds I love perusing online are so much cuter! My shed only has dirty tools and chemicals in it I'm addicted to pinterest, and the pictures of garden sheds are so pretty!

Maybe after I put down the path to the backyard my shed'll magically morph into something like the one below:
