It’s rising quickly. The convention center arena days are numbered. A lot of good stuff taking place in Fort Worth core.

Real talk:

The Convention Center Arena's days were numbered about a decade ago.

You know your arena is trash when you can't even get it to host a major WWE show anymore.

Default HSR station...

So, IF we were to get high speed rail through Ft. Worth, there is a plan to have the platformed station at the ITC... and here it is: (Full Study, Here)

A superblock terminal building would be built right above the bus transfer area.

I never would have thought about building over the bus stops.

It makes perfect sense and doesn't take up more land than it needs.

I wish we had a major music venue here. Recently attended concerts in Irving at the new Toyota Music Center and also went to one at the Verizon center in Grand Prairie.

Would be very, very nice to have something in Fort Worth....

A lot of the constructive criticism that I had made about Fort Worth in the XTO thread I created a little while back all appears to be true. The last two articles confirm what I’ve been saying. Big changes are on the way. We are really getting ready to see a major boom in the core now.
