Pine Crest School JOb Offer (Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton: private school, salary, to live)

I am from out of the state, and have recently applied for a technology position at the Pine Crest School. I was wondering if any local residents could answer the following:

1. How is the school's reputation?
2. What would a starting salary be at the Pine Crest School.

Thanks for your help. I would not want to relocate and not be able to afford to live.

It is an exclusive private school, have no idea on starting salary. There have a very high tuition.

Did you get a job offer or did you simply apply? I would say wait for an offer and weigh it out then. You're not going to relocate unless you get the job right?

I applied, but waiting to hear. I wouldn't move unless the price was worth the move. It didn't have salary posted on the website, so that is why I was seeing if anyone from the area had any idea.

Any answers are helpful. I do know that it is very pricey to attend, but that doesn't mean they pay well.

You might get lucky as they have a new head master and from what I hear he is very well liked, and making some needed changes...My old neighbor is a teacher for the campus in Boca Raton she said they pay Ok...Good Luck

Thanks for your response. Was there an approximation of salary, when you said it was okay?

Hopefully the new headmaster thing is a good outlook, and is looking to bring in talent and pay what the talent deserves, if not for me, but for anyone.

Anyone else have any suggestions?

I have 2 friends that work for Pinecrest. One in Fort Lauderdale the other in Delray and they are both very happy there. I do not know what they make.
