Only coming for a few days M-W, but any one have any suggestions for places to check out? Mainly food! Haha! I have a couple of homes lined up for viewing and a couple more on the list, but they may be gone by the time I get there. Looking mainly in Loveland, and maybe southern Fort Collins area so any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Price and type of food? There are a ridiculous amount of options in the Fort so you'll need to narrow it down for us.

Jay's Bistro
Sonny Lubick's Steakhouse
Canyon Chop House
Bisetti's Italian
"Fish" Restaurant

These are all (relatively) moderate to expensive, for FoCo, but ... IME ... consistently good.

Crown Pub is good, and a bit more moderate.

Mexican ? Nothing GREAT. Not in my opinion.

Half a dozen that are GOOD, though.

If "good" is good enough ... lemme' know, and I'll list a few of my default favorites

Yea, give me your top 3, there is no Mexican where I am at now so 3 "good" ones will work for me.

TIA!

No good mexican? Cafe Mexicali and La Luz of course! I still have hankerings two years later for those places. Try the Sweet Pork at Mexicali, and anything at La Luz. Avoid Big City Burrito (even though some in town claim it's the best).

Cheap eats:
Avogadro's Number
Pizza Casbah
Serious Texas BBQ
Woody's Pizza (actually a pretty good all you can eat buffet, and they'll take orders for the buffet!)
Pickle Barrel (great lunch place!)
Backcountry Provisions
Coopersmiths

As you can see there is not really a paucity of good/decent restaurants in the Fort.

I would check out the Lyric Cinema if you get a chance, it's the Fort's only "artsy" indie theater and they have a decent beer choice. STill dreaming of when they had Eric's Ale on tap for $2.50! Oh man.....

I actually enjoy Tres (3) Margaritas ... and ... Inca ... a lot, too.

Lyric's a jewel. Couldn't agree more.

Too bad the Lyric doesn't do cartoons and cereal anymore...

Thanks I appreciate the help! I think Steak Mon and Tuesday for dinner, and try to squeeze in a couple of other places for lunch!
