She closed a sale for her clients, only to then see BofA send what she calls, "a trash team" to take the property. God, I hate the banks.

This is complete and utter incompetency on the bank's part. They need to get hit with a big law suit. That's all they understand - when it costs them money.

I have had real estate dealings with Bofa and none of them were smooth.
