I miss fried cucumbers, we havent took the time to do them this year. You make them just like fried squash.
The fried pickle chips are just that mostly take dill pickle chips, batter them and fry. I have seen the chips at some restuarants but I was told by a elderly customer of how the make the fried cucumbers.

They are alright in SMALL quantities although I find them way too salty.

If I can get ahold of some, I am going to fry up some squash flowers.

I have had fried pickles before. They were good, but it's nothing that I crave.

An onion ring on the other hand.....

I've watched people eat fried pickles. Does that count?

My hubby LOVES fried pickles, but the problem is that when he orders them as an appetizer, I do believe they fry up an entire jar of pickles......they always bring out a plate that's large enough to feed an army of pickle lovers!! Since I don't eat pickles, he's on his own - and eats way too many!!! And you know what I'm going to say next......he ends up with a major tummy ache!!

Fried pickles are amazing. I make them quite often for game nights and such.
