I dread going shopping. Not only have prices gone up and stayed up but products are getting smaller. Here are some that I know of. What have you noticed?

Hershey's Special Dark chocolate bar 8oz now 6.8oz
Breyer's ice cream 1/2 gallon to 1.75 qts. to 1.5 qts
Kellogg's Froot Loops cereal 19.7oz to 17oz
Dial bar soap 4.5oz to 4oz
Skippy creamy peanut butter 18oz to 16.3oz
Iams cat food 6oz to 5.5oz
Tropicana orange juice 96oz to 89oz
Hellman's mayonnaise 32oz to 30oz
Nabisco Chips Ahoy cookies 16oz to 15.25oz
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter(and others) 16oz to 15 oz
Scott and Northern TP the rolls are shorter by 1/4"
Tuna- 6oz to 5oz
Wrigley's Gum- 17 sticks to 15 sticks
Marlboro Cigarettes(about 8 years ago) got shorter- maybe they all are now.

Snickers doesn't really satisfy, as much.

I recently gave up candy, but have noticed that the bar that cost 45-65cts 20years ago and was 350 calories (don't know the ounces) now costs 75ct-$1.00 and has only 280 calories.

Not because they made it healthier, but it is smaller.

It's not just packaged goods.

Today, in the produce section of my local grocery store I noticed that leeks are now bundled in bunches of two! The posted price went down by 10 cents....but you only get two small leeks instead of 4. Grrr. I wish they would just leave them loose and price them by the pound.

I wish they would just leave the packaging alone and raise the price. It's a waste of plastic and other packaging, and is just so.... sneaky. Like they hope we're too dumb to tell the package is getting smaller. Hello..we understand the price of things go up. I'd just like 16oz in my pound of coffee, or my jar of peanut butter.

Any time I buy a loaf of bread these days, its full of holes because they use smaller loaves and let them rise more. All the holes make it so weak that you can't even spread peanut butter over the bread without tearing holes in it...

Then again, this isn't such a bad thing....since the stuff at the store is so bad, I've been making my own and the kitchen smells great

I noticed our toilet paper is thinner, that my Swiss Miss hot chocolate's marshmallows are so tiny they desolve before I can even stir it and there's only a fraction of them now and my tomato soup is thinner in the can.

I've noticed soda has gone up in price and down in quantity. Just today, the grocery store was running a 'sale' on soda. 2 8-packs for $5. You used to be able to buy 2 12-packs for $5. Crystal light has gone from $3.79 for a canister with 6 tubs to $4.99 for six tubs. Those are the only two things I've noticed. I'm sure there are lots more.
