That's right.. you read it correctly! Steak N Shake better watch out for me.
I got a pang for a double steakburger with ketchup and cheese and pickles on it for lunch. I got it.. and it was like a little bit of heaven. I can see myself demanding these at 2 am when I fall pregnant.
During the end of my fourth pregnancy , I had a daily craving for Ice. It got so bad I had to keep a bag of ice in the freezer at all times. I had to take a cup of ice in the car with me. As soon as he was born the craving stopped.

You might be surprised. Pregnancy does weird things to your body chemistry, and that includes food cravings.
I usually love green bell peppers. During pregnancy, I couldn't even be in the kitchen if they were being used. Blech.
I craved really really specific things. One night it was vine ripened tomatoes and cottage cheese. It had to be full-fat large-curd cottage cheese. Another week I was really into sliced canned peaches (which I don't even like normally ) with a big glass of whole milk (normally I'm a skim drinker). It was weird.
My normal non-pregnant cravings are usually for salty or hot/spicy things.
I sometimes crave sauerkraut (that's realllly weird, huh?) and I like to make rice and eat it with "rooster" sauce (Sriracha-the Thai hot sauce). In the summer, I crave PB sandwiches with smushed Pringles! don't laugh.

Boy is that the truth.
I love garlic, but could not eat while pregnant--both times, all 9 months.
When I was pregnant I craved citrus, especially grapefruit. The funny thing is, my younger son loves grapefruit. I was pregnant both times in Colorado, with summer babies, and drank tons and tons of hot cocoa all winter long. I think I really needed the calcium.

MMMmm. I loved that when pregnant and still love it now.
When I was pregnant, I craved beans and rice, tomatoes and "sloppy" hamburgers (the kind that drip all down your hands and chin while you eat em). One time I called my husband at work crying my eyes out because he had the car and I "NEEDED" a bean burrito from Taco bell. He and his co-workers laughed their a$$ of at the thought of a burrito bringing me to tears.
