Ohhhh. I haven't had adobo in awhile, that may have to be put in the menu.

Tonight grilled veggie salad, and split pea and ham soup I made a few days ago.

It is lightly snowing outside.....

Late afternoon spicy lentil burgers served with Sauerkraut.To drink India pale ale.For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.

This morning I mixed sauerkraut, apples and onions with brown sugar and maple syrup. Tonight I will nestle a pork roast in with it and bake. I plan on serving it with carrots and either spaetzle or boxed scalloped potatoes.
