Taco bell - we split a black bean crunch supreme and a veggie bowl salad and unsweetened iced tea. We did a lot of moving today.

We had a Tuscan barley soup which included tomatoes , garlic, celery, chard, garbanzo beans, carrots and onions. Served with a tossed salad, crusty whole grain bread and montepulciano wine.

Prepared a slow cooker “Sunday Roast” using a chuck roast. Served with mashed potatoes and green beans. Chocolate chip cookies for dessert.
