What’s for Dinner

last night was breakfast for dinner from the diner. We both had omelets with home fries and toast. tonight is beef stew over noodles.

Greek salad with salmon and Italian vinagrette dressing

Taco bell - we split a black bean crunch supreme and a veggie bowl salad and unsweetened iced tea. We did a lot of moving today.

We made Mongolian beef tonight. It was goooooood.

We had a Tuscan barley soup which included tomatoes , garlic, celery, chard, garbanzo beans, carrots and onions. Served with a tossed salad, crusty whole grain bread and montepulciano wine.

Prepared a slow cooker “Sunday Roast” using a chuck roast. Served with mashed potatoes and green beans. Chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

I browned ground chicken, seasoned with taco seasoning and mixed in a bag of fresh spinach allowing it to wilt down.
