We had a replay of Tuesday's dinner, leftover minestrone, a mixed salad with sweet Italian dressing, a whole grain bun and a glass of cabernet sauvignon.

This evening, it will be fish sticks, potato & peas . I hope to make chicken soup today, still plenty of meat on the Costco carcass
