Wild caught Alaskan King salmon, with turnip, str. beans, red cabbage, and celery cooked in homemade bone broth, a salad of spinach, red leaf lettuce, red kale and dandelion greens (no dressing), and.... bone broth.
Back home again, grabbed a supermarket sandwich on way home and split that last night.
Tonight is salisbury steak with mushrooms, with carrots done some way.
