I think I'm making swedish meatballs. I'm having trouble managing food.... our HelloFresh is cancelled twice because of storms, and I'm trying not to buy too much food because we leave on vacation next week.

IF storms allow, with what the forecasts are saying there may be flooding and too much snow. Getting new tires on the truck just in case.

Couldn't find any online.
We never try this version at home. It requires a very hot wok and strength to get the crispy skin, yet moist and soft vermicelli underneath. That explains why the best chefs are males with strong arms.
