I had a weird episode with my gallbladder today. Although I feel fine now, I’ll probably just have a grilled cheese. I think there is leftover spaghetti for hubby.

No grilled cheese for you!! Something low fat so you trigger another attack.

It is kidlets birthday so there will be cake, and we will probably all go watch my GF sing at a wine bar/restaurant. I'm going to ask her to sing happy birthday to him a la Marilyn Monroe. She's not blonde but super pretty....

No, no, no to the grilled cheese! (sorry I probably saw this after you already ate it).

No red meat. No fried food. No fatty stuff: cheese, whole milk, goodies with your morning coffee.

Gall bladder pain is the worst. Stay on a lean diet to keep pain free.

Chicken-leg "soup".

Chicken-legs, water, cooking pot..........cook for a while and eat.

Quite tasty!

The "secret" to tasty broth is, adding just enough water to cover the meat and no more......keeps the broth rich and tasty.

Parmesan ravioli with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Kind of blah.

Alouette with triscuits and then some Christmas cookies, to round out the carb fest.

Chili made from ground chicken breast and using pumpkin instead of tomatoes. Nicely different. Recipe here.

Recipe makes 8 servings of 1.5 cups each, with a bit leftover.
