Roast seasoned with adobo last night. It was awful. I used McCormick brand and it's nothing but salt. No other flavor. And I woke up 1.5 lb heavier due to all the salt in one small piece of roast. Guess I'll cut the crust off the rest of the roast to finish eating it.
Last night we went to Cheesecake Factory for my birthday (it was a place holder until I feel up to go somewhere fancy), and I had the vegan Cobb Salad. It's just what i was craving: veggies, veggies, veggies. They did a really good job, roasted asparagus, the green beans were super crispy, super fresh.

And a belated happy birthday to you! We almost have the same birthday (but I'm sure not the same year)
Tonight we are having thinly-sliced London broil on corn tortillas with horseradish salsa, Caesar salad and key lime pie. Beer for the mister and a couple of mojitos for me.
