Today's lunch was actually a brunch as we both got up late today. We had a rustic frittata, made with tofu, onion, garlic, 1/2 of a serrano pepper, mushrooms, Swiss chard, vegan cheese, nutritional yeast, kala namak salt and topped with a small tomato. Served with orange wedges, and a couple mugs of Sumatran coffee.
