Sourdough Jack burger combo from Jack in the Box, which includes fries and soda. My soda of choice is Sprite.

Pulled Pork with Mac & Cheese at a roadside diner. We ate on their outside picnic table.

Had scrambled eggs and toast.

Fish nuggets with lettuce & homemade tartar sauce on a bun, broccoli slaw on the side. A few chips & some green tea.

Brisket sandwich with bacon, BBQ sauce/blackberry jam, slaw, Brunswick stew.

A turkey with veggie sandwich on Ciabatta bread with potato salad.

Made a pizza bowl with Canadian bacon, mushrooms, onions, pineapple tidbits, Rao's sauce, and mozzarella.

Today's late lunch was the first sourdough crusted pizza on the PK Grill for the year! And it did not disappoint! Homemade pizza sauce, Good Planet vegan mozzarella cheese (the absolute best), sliced Beyond hot sausage, green pepper and kalamata olives. I had taken a picture after it came off the grill but with my lack of camera skills and the bright Sun, you will have to imagine....sorry. Oh a cold bottle of Shiner Bock to drink too. Now back to yardwork!
