Today's Lunch - Part 5

Grilled chicken tacos, Mexican rice with tortilla chips & salsa.

Today for lunch we had a romaine salad from the last of the romaine I had growing in our basement under a grow light and timer.
We added garbanzo beans, radishes, shredded carrot, green onion and homemade croutons from last of a hunk of our sourdough bread.
All was topped an oil-free carrot ginger dressing. And a big glass of water!

Left over penne, fried with some fresh spinach, cherry toms, & roasted garlic. Added an egg, & stired it all up. Soda water.

Using up older bread, meant I had a ham sandwich on one slice white & one slice rye, with mustard. Fresh blackberries

Turkey meatballs with marinara sauce, and salad.

One cup of shredded coconut.

I was going to eat the 2nd half of a "fresh" coconut that I had it my cooler..........that thing sprang-up with serious mold after sitting for about 1/2 a day, weird!
